By creating an account and placing bids on this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register or participate.
Every bid you place is a legal and binding offer to purchase the item at the bid amount. If your bid is the winning bid when the auction closes, you are obligated to pay the full amount.
Women in Need, Inc reserves the right to collect payment for winning items via the method designated for the event — credit card on file, an external payment form, cash, or an on-site card terminal. By bidding you agree to honor the payment method in effect.
All items are donated and are sold "as-is" without warranty. Fair market values are estimates and not guaranteed. Pickup and fulfillment details will be communicated by the event organizer.
The portion of your winning bid that exceeds the fair market value of an item may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Women in Need, Inc will provide a receipt for your records, but you should consult a tax professional for personal advice.
You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your account credentials secure. Women in Need, Inc will use your information only for event communications and will not sell or share your data with unrelated third parties.
Because all proceeds support Women in Need, Inc's mission, winning bids are generally non-refundable. Refunds will only be considered if an item cannot be delivered or in cases of clear administrative error.

Violators may have their accounts suspended and bids voided.
Any dispute regarding a bid, item, or payment must be raised with the event organizer within 30 days. Women in Need, Inc's decision shall be final.
Women in Need, Inc reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
